A History
- 1700s – Duke's Palace which was the residence of the Duke of Norfolk.
- 1800s – Iron Works and riverside uses.
- 1900s – Anchor Quay Brewery & Electric Lights Works.
- 1960s – Eastern Electricity Board Accommodation.
- 1999 – Targetfollow acquired vacant site from Eastern Electricity.
- 2000s – External surface areas used as a temporary car park by RCP Parking, a company affiliated to Targetfollow.
- 2005 – Internal areas used for temporary art exhibitions including Outpost, East International, Waterways & Bigdraw.
- 2006 – Evolution of current development concept.
