Targetfollow are committed to a sustainable approach in futureproofing the internal environments of buildings. This involves taking into account the needs and comfort of the people who will use them. Our recently completed Baskerville House office development in central Birmingham achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good' rating and our advisers on this scheme, Hoare Lea, will be striving to achieve more for Targetfollow at Duke's Wharf.
