Design Philosophy
Targetfollow's brief to local architects Feilden + Mawson is to produce a contemporary and exciting architectural solution that makes strong reference to the rich historic tapestry of colour, texture and delight of Norwich while supporting current and future commercial and residential needs in the city centre.
Duke's Wharf is made up of a variety of different uses and buildings each with their own individual opportunities and design identity. The buildings will accommodate offices, restaurants, city centre homes and the opportunity for an art gallery set around a new central pedestrian street and river walkway connecting Duke's Street with Westwick Street.
This new Norwich thoroughfare, enhanced with public art, will provide public access to a new and delightful urban experience to those visiting, living and working in and around Duke's Wharf.
